Consultancy, Project Management & Service Reviews

New initiatives often require considerable resources and capacity in order to be implemented effectively- often this is not readily available internally. Arclan can provide high quality associates to manage short term consultancy work, specific projects or carry out reviews of services; examples include:

• Review of SEN, ICT, HR, Financial and School Improvement service - the review can help to identify the strengths of the current provision and recommend improvements that need to be made in the light of local and national requirements;
• Project management for new initiatives such as school organisation, 14-19 strategy and others;
• Consultancy support is often needed either to support or manage teams where there is insufficient internal capacity, for example in admissions, school organisation and SEN services.

Your request will be personally managed by a Director with extensive experience of working at senior levels in LAs and Schools.
