Consultancy / Project Support

On occasions there will be a need for short-term consultancy support or the management of a discreet project. For example, you may wish to

• review a curriculum area that is causing you concern;
• undertake an OfSTED type review of a number of curriculum areas to help them to improve;
• support your senior management team with training in interview techniques for OfSTED or for career progression;
• provide coaching/mentoring support for an inexperienced manager;
• seek advice on a school organisation or an admissions matter or need assistance with the preparation of a tender;
• undertake a review of job descriptions to help with restructuring of teams.

Our approach is to work with you to clarify your needs and to identify individuals with the proven capabilities and characteristics to match your requirements. Your request will be personally managed by a Director with extensive experience of working at senior levels in LAs and Schools. We will send you details of carefully selected candidates that meet the agreed criteria, and you will of course have the opportunity to meet them before making any commitments.
