High quality associates are the key to our success. Arclan is committed to providing an excellent service and equality of opportunity for all associates registered. In order to show this commitment we have developed a state of the art bespoke database through which we will be able to inform all associates of the vacancies we have, enabling everyone registered to have an opportunity to apply for suitable and relevant work. Our system also allows you to save a copy of your CV for personal use.

In addition we seek to interview all associates prior to putting them forward for any assignments; this provides an opportunity for associates to meet one of our Directors and clarify the way we work as well as assisting with other queries such as insurance cover, payment arrangements or setting up as a limited company - other checks will also be undertaken at this stage.

Once we contact you to discuss forwarding your details for an assignment, you will be allocated a senior director (someone with extensive senior school/LA experience) who will brief you about the role, agree payment terms and address any other queries you may have. If you are successful in securing the work, our director will continue to support you throughout your placement and will be available to discuss sensitive issues with you or resolve any difficulties that may arise, as well as providing feedback from the client.
